Vague job descriptions, hidden role requirements and pay information, and a lack of communication from hiring teams can make interviewing feel cold and impersonal.

That’s why we make sure that every step of our hiring process is built with treating you like a human being. Here’s our commitments to our candidates:

• We commit to reviewing every application. There is no AI in our process, no ‘ATS bot.’ Just real human beings reviewing your application.
• We commit to following up with all candidates. We got back to all 3,000 applicants last year and we’re keeping that up. It’s literally the least we could do.
• We commit to respecting your time and energy. We get back to our applicants quickly - last year our response time for applications was an average of 1 business day. Our typical hiring process takes about 12 days - less than two weeks from application to offer.
• We commit to transparency. We want to ensure you feel like this is as right a fit for you as it is for us. It’s why all of our job descriptions are clear, we share all of our compensation information up front, and we keep things real with you at all times.

Step 1: Application

You can find all of our open roles on our Job Board. When you click on a role, you will be able to see the camp/program location of the role as well as whether it is full time or seasonal (temporary). Our job descriptions include information on the position duties, experience and certification requirements, start dates, and compensation.
